Tridel was one of only 2% of licensed New Jersey real estate agents to receive the award for 2019 based on surveys of state residents, who purchased a home between January and June 2018.
Recipients of this esteemed award were selected as the result of a statewide, independently conducted survey. Recent homebuyers were asked to evaluate each real estate agent in the areas of: closing preparation, customer service, communication, finding the right home, integrity, negotiation, overall satisfaction, post-sale service, market knowledge and marketing the home. Additionally, respondents were asked whether they would recommend the agent to a friend.
